There are three major components, including the main framework, weighing and vibratile system, transmission belt and sealing machine.

The main framework including storage warehouse, skeleton, supply and discharge powder system, electric system, meter system, Air-driven system and so on.

The vibratile system after weighing, including weighing sensor, nipping bag system, vibrate bag cylinder and so on.

Sealing machine use GK35-2C industrial sewing machine by “A02 7114-B14” motor drive. The motor’s power is 0.37KW, transmission belt reach a speed of 8 (m/min), “6-11mm”is the two sewing machine needles adjustable distance, The height from the ground is 1020—1180(mm)，screw adjustment can change. The frame of transmission belt include roller、sealing machine 、reducer and so on.
